Any recommendations for work will be supported with an estimate by a state licensed and insured contractor. All work will be approved by the family or executor or trustee of the estate or the family member and will be paid directly by them.
Depending on the time of year, regular maintenance that will need to be arranged may include: grass cutting, snow blowing, landscaping, home heating fuel deliveries etc.
Improvements: Depending on your objective in terms of the sale of the property we may make recommendations regarding certain improvements. The necessity for improvements is dictated by whether the sellers want to sell quickly as is, or want to invest time and money to receive top dollar in the sale.
